@TMobile I contacted support 7 times to be exact and each time they mentioned I would definitely see the change except for the 7th time when the Manager stated we would not honor the promise. Are you really building your business by making fake promises?

I made the mistake of thinking @TMobile @TMobileHelp was any different than the other carrier. They promised a free upgrade to iPhone 14 Pro if I agreed to switch to their service. So I did that, and now they are saying that this promotion expired and they can't help me.

With my previous carrier I had terrible call quality and high prices, but at least I was never deceptively enticed to switch to their service with promises they never intended to keep.Just a cautionary tale for any podcast listeners who are considering @TMobile @TMobileHelp.

@TMobileHelp i got a new phone and a new tmobile sim card and i drop calls and my line goes dead. i cant even talk to a supervisor because they cant hear my line after 35 minutes of waiting. i got a text 12 hours after it was sent. worst service bro
