The ULTIMATE Actium War Rigs Arc Build! - Destiny 2 Titan Build for PvE - Mobalytics (2025)

Video Coming SoonArtifact Mods and Rebalance Changes will be Updated when API updates.

Titans have plenty to be excited about with upcoming changes, including buffs to Barricades, Juggernaut, and Ballistic Slam, alongside a new Aspect called Storm’s Keep.

Barricades will now provide 80% splash damage resistance to you and teammates behind them, and their taunting effect will last longer, improving crowd control and survivability.Juggernaut Shields will offer 60% splash damage resistance and 10% overall damage resistance. As the shield takes damage, it will build stacks of Bolt Charges, adding utility to offensive and defensive scenarios.Ballistic Slam will receive a stacking damage bonus of up to 30%, scaling with the distance traveled during the slam—longer jumps mean greater impact.Storm’s Keep, the new Aspect, enhances class abilities and works with any Barricade or Thruster setup, though it pairs particularly well with Rally Barricades.

Activating your class ability generates Bolt Charges for you and nearby allies.Allies dealing damage from behind your Barricade will continue building Bolt Charges.Once Bolt Charges are maxed, any weapon—even non-Arc weapons—can trigger them, making it a powerful tool for increasing team damage output during raid or dungeon boss phases.Given the synergy with Storm’s Keep, Actium War Rig emerges as an excellent Exotic choice. This Exotic continuously reloads equipped auto rifles and heavy machine guns, making weapons like Pyroelectric Propellant, Centrifuse, Grand Overture, or Thunderlord ideal for sustained damage and constant Jolt application.

Adding Spark of Brilliance to this build can create blinding explosions on precision final blows, enhancing crowd control capabilities.

For melee-focused builds, Knockout provides health regeneration and bonus melee damage, synergizing well with Ballistic Slam and Juggernaut. A setup incorporating Eternal Warrior could further amplify weapon damage:

Defeating enemies with Arc abilities grants stacking weapon damage bonuses.Casting Fist of Havoc grants a 70-point overshield, and upon ending the super, you’ll gain a 30% weapon damage bonus for 11 seconds.Maintaining high ability uptime will be key to maximizing these damage bonuses. Spark of Ions can aid in this by creating Ionic Traces that restore energy for all three abilities.

Defensive resilience is another strength of this aggressive Striker build. Resistance bonuses from being Amplified, Spark of Resistance, and Juggernaut make it highly durable in the heat of battle, allowing Titans to confidently absorb damage while dishing out punishment.

Actium War Rig's Perk:Auto-Loading Link

Gradually reloads your auto rifle or machine gun from reserves, allowing you to sustain damage output without pausing to reload.Synergy with Arc 3.0:Uninterrupted Damage with Auto Rifles or Machine Guns:

Arc 3.0 Titans often focus on high mobility and aggression, which complements sustained fire. Actium War Rig ensures you don’t have to reload, letting you continuously apply pressure to enemies, whether in PvE or PvP.Works exceptionally well with weapons like Sweet Business, which has an enormous magazine and synergizes perfectly with Actium War Rig.Amplified Buff:

Arc 3.0 features the Amplified buff, which boosts sprint speed and handling. This allows you to aggressively close the gap while firing your weapon uninterrupted, making it easier to engage enemies and reposition.Ad Clear and AoE Synergy:

Arc 3.0 builds thrive in ad-clear scenarios due to abilities like Touch of Thunder grenades (enhanced Pulse or Storm grenades) and Jolted effects, which chain lightning damage.Actium War Rig lets you keep up the fire to trigger these effects, especially when paired with weapons that complement Arc synergies (e.g., auto rifles or machine guns with perks like Voltshot or Demolitionist).Enhanced Melee and Super Play:

Arc Titans often rely on abilities like Seismic Strike (shoulder charge) or Thundercrash for burst damage. The consistent weapon uptime allows you to focus ability energy for melee or grenade kills to recharge your abilities faster through mods like Momentum Transfer or Impact Induction.Weapon Synergy:

Sweet Business: With its high ammo capacity and synergy with Actium War Rig, you can keep firing almost indefinitely while moving aggressively.Thunderlord: A great machine gun for Arc builds, providing AoE damage with Arc chaining effects.Arc Auto Rifles: Such as Monte Carlo, which supports melee builds, or Ammit AR2, which can roll with Arc-specific perks.Best Use Cases:PvE Content:

Sustained DPS in activities like Strikes, Dungeons, or Raids for consistent ad clear or boss damage.Strong synergy with Arc elemental wells or Ionic Traces for ability regeneration.PvP:

Great for maintaining suppressive fire in modes like Control, keeping pressure on zones while being mobile.Combines well with Juggernaut (Aspect) for a shield while sprinting toward enemies.Build Example:Subclass: Arc 3.0 Titan

Aspects:

Juggernaut: Gain a frontal shield while sprinting with full class ability energy.Touch of Thunder: Enhances grenades (Pulse or Storm are recommended).Fragments:

Spark of Magnitude: Extends grenade duration.Spark of Resistance: Damage resistance when surrounded.Spark of Shock: Grenades jolt enemies.Spark of Recharge: Faster ability regeneration when critically wounded.Mods and Weapons:

Weapons: Sweet Business, Thunderlord, or an Arc auto rifle/machine gun with Voltshot/Demolitionist.Armor Mods:Elemental Ordnance: Create Arc Wells with grenade kills.Font of Might: Boost Arc weapon damage when picking up Wells.Breach and Clear (Artifact Mod): If using a grenade launcher.By combining Actium War Rig with an Arc 3.0 Titan build, you get a fast, aggressive, and high-sustain playstyle that excels in both ad-clear and extended damage phases, making it a versatile and potent choice in most activities.
